What To Expect
Confirmation meets on Sunday nights from 6:00-8:00p.m.
During Confirmation, students learn the foundations of our faith tradition by looking at stories from the Old Testament and Hebrew Scriptures, the New Testament and elements of our Lutheran Heritage.
Worship Together
Encountering Christ with one another through Word and Sacrament is the most holy gift the church offers. Attending worship (online or in-person) will greatly enrich what the confirmands get out of confirmation and vice versa. We encourage parents to attend worship with students and model having an active faith life. See our Worship Services page for info on our worship schedule.
Sermon Notes: During confirmation, students are expected to attend 2 services per month. During that time, they should complete a sermon note form and submit the form to pastor Sarah. These forms are simply a guide to help students focus during worship. They are not graded or evaluated, but simply used to help guide conversation during Sermon Note Discussions. Missed worship? Serve Together
Christ gave us the commandment to love others as he loved us. Christ expressed that love in his service to others and calls us to do the same. Join us for the following service experiences:

Eat Together
Once a month, Confirmands students will come together for a meal. Jesus ate with his disciples and friends. Gathering together for a monthly meal helps us remember the importance of feeding not only our spirits, but our bodies, and enjoying time with friends.
