You will be directed to amazonsmile.com where you can choose “St. Timothy Lutheran Church, Naperville, IL” as your charity.

If you are not already using AmazonSmile, Here’s how to start raising funds for St. Tim’s now: 

VIA Browser:

  1. Access AmazonSmile on a browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) from your desktop, tablet or smart phone at:  smile.amazon.com 
  2. Log in using your Amazon account user id and password. 
  3. How to select St. Timothy as the charity you would like to support.
    1. In the top left corner of your browser window you will see “Supporting;”
    2. Click on the down arrow in the Supporting box, and click Choose a Charity or Change (if you are already supporting a charity) next to the current charity name.
    3. In the Search bar enter “St Timothy Lutheran Church” and choose St. Timothy Lutheran Church at 1313 N. Mill Street, Naperville, IL as your charity. 

How to turn on AmazonSmile in the mobile app ONLY*

  1. Get The App. Download or update to the latest version of the Amazon Shopping app on your phone. You can find it in the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.

  3. Turn on AmazonSmile. Open the app and find ’Settings’ in the main menu (☰). Tap on ‘AmazonSmile’ and follow the on-screen instructions to turn on AmazonSmile on your phone.

Is Amazon.com the same as smile.amazon.com?

YES.  You do not have to open a separate account. If you put items in your shopping cart at either site, you can switch to either Amazon.com OR smile.Amazon.com and the SAME ITEMS will be in your cart. Your ORDER HISTORY will also be the same on either site.

Does shopping at AmazonSmile really make a difference?

YES.  The old adage “every little bit helps” is very true.  As an AmazonSmile contributor, you can set up notifications to be notified of what your contribution has been on a quarterly, annual basis.  You can check your impact and see how much you have contributed to different charities at any time by clicking on the “Supporting” window and then clicking on “Your AmazonSmile Impact” in the bottom right corner. 

Since St. Tim’s has become a registered charity with AmazonSmile until second quarter of 2022, friends of St. Tim’s have donated over $1,000 dollars.
