Yoga Yoga Yoga meets on Tuesdays at 5:00pm for a 75-minute yoga class in Fellowship Hall.
It is a non-competitive environment with the goal of each class having you more relaxed at the end than you were at the beginning. Focuses on breathing, flexibility, strength and balance and will progress from simple to more complex poses and gentle exercises. No previous yoga experience is required. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or beach towel since many of the exercises are done on the floor.
The fee for each session is $5 to cover the cost of the room rental. Interested or have questions? Please contact the Church office
